Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026
CryptoThrust is a skill-based gaming platform, not a gambling service. Tournament outcomes are determined by player skill (physics-based ship landing gameplay), not by chance or random number generation. Entry fees are placed into on-chain escrow via Solana smart contracts, and prizes are distributed automatically to winners based on verified game performance.

1. Skill-Based Competition

CryptoThrust operates skill-based tournaments in which players control a lunar lander using keyboard or touch inputs. The outcome of each tournament is determined entirely by the skill, timing, and decisions of the players. No element of the game relies on random chance, dice rolls, card draws, slot mechanics, or any other randomized outcome. Each player's performance is recorded via deterministic input replay and verified by server-side simulation before scores are accepted.

Because outcomes depend on skill rather than chance, CryptoThrust tournaments are contests of skill, not games of chance. The platform does not offer, facilitate, or promote any form of gambling.

2. User Eligibility

3. Jurisdiction Responsibility

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. CryptoThrust does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that the service is legal in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether skill-based gaming is permitted where you live, you should consult a qualified attorney before participating.

By connecting a wallet and entering any tournament, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to do so in your jurisdiction.

4. Tournament Rules and Rake Structure

Each tournament has clearly displayed rules before entry:

By entering a tournament, you accept these rules and the rake structure. The rake is a platform administrative fee for providing the tournament infrastructure, escrow, verification, and payout services — not a bet against the house.

5. On-Chain Escrow and Dispute Resolution

All entry fees are transferred to Solana smart contract escrow accounts. No private key holder, including the CryptoThrust operator, can access or redirect these funds outside of the programmed payout logic.

Disputes are resolved via on-chain mechanics. The smart contract determines winner payouts based on verified scores submitted by the platform's server-side replay verification system. There is no manual payout process — the contract executes automatically. If you believe a score was incorrectly verified, you may request a replay audit by contacting the platform, but the on-chain transaction is final once confirmed.

6. 24-Hour Safety Guarantee

If the CryptoThrust platform goes offline for more than 24 hours, every player in active tournaments receives 100% of their entry fee back. The house receives nothing. The platform only profits when it delivers a working service. This guarantee is enforced by the on-chain timeout refund mechanism built into the smart contract.

7. Multiple Entries

Players may enter the same tournament multiple times. Each entry is a separate transaction with its own on-chain escrow record. Only a player's best score counts for ranking — a single player cannot sweep multiple payout positions in the same tournament.

8. Replay Verification

All tournament scores are verified via server-side deterministic replay simulation. The platform records your keyboard/touch inputs during gameplay, then replays them through a headless game engine to verify the score is legitimate. Scores that cannot be verified are rejected and not submitted on-chain. This ensures all leaderboard rankings and payouts are based on genuine gameplay.

9. No Warranty

CryptoThrust is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific payout amounts, or tournament participation levels. Solana network congestion, RPC failures, or smart contract bugs may affect service availability. You acknowledge these risks before entering any tournament.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoThrust and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds beyond entry fees, loss of data, or business interruption. Total liability is limited to the entry fees paid by the user in the specific tournament giving rise to the claim.

11. Acceptable Use

Violations result in score disqualification and potential permanent ban from the platform. On-chain entries that have already been submitted cannot be reversed.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of CryptoThrust after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform.

13. Contact

For questions about these terms, tournament disputes, or platform issues, contact the operator through the platform's official channels.

Important: These Terms of Service are a template and do not constitute legal advice. They should be reviewed by a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before operating with real funds. CryptoThrust makes no claim that these terms provide complete legal protection. Consult a gaming law attorney before mainnet deployment.
